Your intake/application will be forwarded electronically to an assigned program worker who will be in touch with you as soon as a review has been conducted. If you do not hear from the program within 3 business days, please contact your local Family Based Care Specialist for assistance.

Please note that while program staff will make every effort to review referrals and make placements quickly, the SFC Program is generally not equipped to accommodate emergency placements.
